Beginner’s Page

I’ve added a page demonstrating dublexes and cross hatching, for begineers. There was a little hitch getting images and text to display, but I think its cured now.  If you know anyone who couldn’t get started on the blog, please encourage them to try again with the begineer’s page.

But where is the beginners page?

Thanks for the question, Dave. The best starting point for everyone, beginners or not, is The Guide on the bar menu. A direct click brings an introduction to Sysudoku. Drag to the right and click on Begin with the Bypass. That introduces fundamental terminology and grid navigation. The page continues with a walk through of solving, and reading traces of basic solving of all puzzles on the site. The same drag and click takes you through the Guide
